Toysrus- contravened consumer protection act

The branch in Kimberley, does not adhere to the consumer protection Act. An item was clearly priced and scanned for a higher amount. I was then ambushed and attacked that a mistake was made with the price and they cannot give the marked price to me- this was after I informed them that this treatment is against my consumer rights. My daughter was distraught when I couldn't get her the item she wanted. I am very disappointed in ToysRus and the staff at NC Kimberley branch.
