Toys R Us you are failing to deliver within 5days as promised

10% discount for 1st buyers is not working, I paid normal price. Made an online order on the 8th, on the 10th I received an email saying that the order is with corier.

Tiday I ask how far is my order ags Oys R Us promised 5days delivery , to my surprise they say the courier says where I live is regional they will deliver on Thursday, what is the meaning of Regional, I am in Bloemfontein I am so confused.

Toys R Us you failing me as you are the one I made business with Karabo on your emails and Chanelle on your whatsapp can't explain what Regional is......
