Toys R Us will deduct money from your bank account BUT will NOT deliver goods or provide feedback!!

Terrible service. I placed an online order and the money was deducted from my account. They have not sent me a confirmation email but I took a screen shot of my order number after I made payment. When I eventually got hold of the call centre, They dont have an order for my order number BUT they deducted the money from my bank account. With Regards to my refund, there has been no feedback even though I have called numerous times, emailed numerous times and posted numerous times on their facebook page.
