Toys r us very poor management!

Toys R Us in eastgate mall has the worst service I have ever seen I went in with my wife to do a baby registry where they give you a pen and a paper to write down all the barcodes of items you select half of the items in store has no shelf talkers and no body in the store could assist us after spending 3 hours in the store I then have my registry to the cashier who could hardly even speak English when I complained to the Assistant manager who is an Indian man he told me there was nothing he could do... I was then told to wait for them to SMS me a code that they did not do after phoning in store they told me sorry there internet is down they cant help me I then asked for the manager to call me back it was the same Indian guy who called me after spending more than 15 minutes on the phone being told to hold on! He then said he will sort everything out its 2 days later he still has not come back to me worst service and no management what so ever in that store... I will not leave it like this so someone better get hold of me and sort this out or I will go in store and sort it out my self!.... terrible service
