I was extremely impressed to learn that there are employees in the retail industry who are still willing to go the extra mile for a customer. I made an online purchase from Toys R Us but the incorrect item was delivered to me by courier. I called the Tyger Valley store and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Envor, who was most helpful. I explained the situation to him and he made time during his working hours to deliver the correct item directly to my door. That is truly outstanding service. Thank you to Envor for restoring my faith in humanity. He is truly an amazing person.
