Toys R us (The Grove) Pretoria

Bad experience with a coloured female employee. I was there after 18H00 on Friday (27 January 2023). We went to the tills to pay for our toys then my son asked how many pieces are there in the box then an employee by the name of Kingsley took the toys to the back to go check as we were waiting at the tills. The coloured lady came from behind jumped the counter (she is not even afraid to do that in front of clients). Called the next client to help, she didn't even ask me what am I waiting for or greeted me. Pushed me with a cloth as if she is wiping the counter. By that time we still waiting for Kingsley to come back. The lady is mannerless and I told her I'm going to report this matter. Then Sipho was called when he arrived he called another client then I told them to stop as I have been there before everyone there but I don't get any help. Then Sipho helped. If my kid was not crying for those toys I would throw that idiot lady with them.

She is very rude...... I need an apology from the store for me to continue shopping there or else I'd go to a store where my hard earned money is valued.
