Toys R Us - Terrible Service, Highly Dissapointed

Ordered a PS5 online, I was on the website when it opened. I placed my order successfully and I even received an sms confirming same. I then proceeded to send an email requesting if it will be possible to ship my parcel to the store rather than my house. Later that day I received an sms that my package is being picked and parcel to be shipped. Next morning I received an email stating that my order has been cancelled because they do not ship to the store. I never told them to do so, I merely requested. They just cancelled my order without even making sure with me. This was a gift for Christmas and the product is high in demand. I won't get it before the time. Not only did they cancel the order, it is almost a week later and I also do not have my money back.
