TOYS R US SUCKS

Good Day,

I ordered an Item on the 25th april and waited out the 4 to 7 working day period on the 4th day I called as I could not track my order I was told it was with the courier services I called dawn wing with no answer, on the 7 May 2020 I called toys r us and was told I would receive my package on the 8 May , when calling this morning to following I was told they cannot say when I will receive my order and neither could dawn wing confirm.

If this was not a essential item as on the website I would have not waisted my time ordering from them, they are misleading on the website and they even wen as far as disabling my profile from attempting to track my order.
