Toys R us *****s money

I placed an order online on the 26th of November. Their website bombed out because they can plan ahead. The took my money and 4 days later I received confirmation of my order. My order was supposed to be delivered by now, but on Saturday 12 Dec I was contacted by someone to tell me some of my items were out of stock. I fail to see how that is my problem. They were quick to take my money, but they refuse to hold up their end of the deal. I can't get ahold of anyone, they don't answer emails of their Facebook messenger.
