Toys R Us *****ing Customers' Money

After the unacceptable PS5 pre-order mess up, I have followed up with several emails and Toys R Us haven't refunded my account. There's simply no response to any emails. I will never support this company again. It is no surprise that you are busy going down internationally, because you have no idea about customer service. Pay my refund!!!!!!
