Toys R Us - Rip Us Off more like it!

I cannot believe the poor customer service Toys R Us, Table Bay Mall Cape Town has delivered. Toys aren't cheap to say the least. I bought a Paw Patrol lunchbox for my son for his birthday. The clasp to open is quite weak. And on opening it myself, the clasp broke off. This item is R170 of which it is now unusable. I explained to them that if I am able to break it on opening, how will a child be able to open it. I was then accused of trying to return a used item because the outside of the box has water marks. But none of the items inside are even touched. I am a very honest person. And I feel really frustrated by the insinuation. I also feel they had the full opportunity to look into it. I'm disgusted. No other retailer would make this lack of effort for a customer. I was told this will affect their bottom line. Thanks alot for all of your help. I'll be sure to post this on all social media.
