Toys are us return policy allows for refunds and/or exchanges with in 30 days. I bought my Kurio Tab for my son on the 30th April 2019 from toys r us in clearwater and the device keeps switching on and off by itself. Clearwater toys r us refused to refund or exchange. They refuse to follow their own policy without any reasonable explanation. The store manager and the area manager refuse to authorise a refund/exchange for no valid reason, I refused to leave the store and they called mall security, I refused to leave without my money or an exchange and then they called the police. Why do corporates think they can create policies then not honour their own policy. This store and it's entire management are a disgrace.

20:45, 04 May 2019, still waiting in the store which closed at 19:00 for police who have been called to Clearwater toys r us store to escort me because they will not refund my money or exchange their own item.
