Toys R Us online ordering sucks

Really poor service for online orders. Almost all companies offer free delivery with purchases over a certain amount except toys r Us. My order was R1500 yet I still had to pay R65 delivery charge. Toy Kingdom and Take a lot are free over R450. Then the lady at your call centre tells me its costs money for the courier to come to my house. Does she think I'm stupid? Maybe the other companies have magic carpets so they can deliver for free. On top of that there's no proper tracking or follow up. You call in and you can't get the status of your order just 10 working days. How does that help me? I placed my order to get it in time for christmas before the deadline date you advertised of 15 dec. Now I'm told 10 working days. Toys r Us really needs to up your game for online ordering or just do away with it beacuse you are at the bottom of the pack when it comes to online purchases
