Toys R Us Mall of Africa two prices for one item.

Today I got terrible service from Toys R Us Mall of Africa. I went to buy a Deluxe Portable Swing. I asked for assistance from a guy working in the department named Kagiso to help explain the different swings they had. There was one for R1200 and a different one for R649.90 He told me I might as well buy the cheaper one because it had similar features as the expensive one. When I went to pay this R649.90 swing turned out to be R999.90. I explained to the till lady that it can't be because I saw it for R649.90 and I proceeded to go show her where I got it from, I also told her the sales person on the floor Kagiso can vouch for me on this as he was there. She insisted it was probably another customer who put it in the wrong place but she can't give it to me at the price I saw it. I then asked for her manager a lady by the name of Maria Ramadiro identified herself as the manager and listened to my problem then blamed Kagiso the sales person for not reading the barcode before advising me to buy this product then she turned to me and said she can't give it to me at the price I saw it because if she does Kagiso will be liable to pay the difference. I said to her it's not my fault I just want this item at the price I saw on the shelf. Maria then said they get paid too little and can't afford to pay the difference that's why she can't sell it to me at the lower price. When I insisted on paying the price I saw she got angry at me and shouted she wont give it to me at that price and i can go and complain at head office she doesn't care if she gets fired, she then walked away to the back office and left me standing there. Can Toys R Us please tell me is this how a manager is taught to treat a customer at their store and as customers are we supposed to pay more than the price we see on the shelf just because the Toys R Us staff are paid little? Honestly I feel Maria Ramadiro was extremely rude and unprofessional and if I don't get a response from the shop I will never buy at Toys R Us ever again.
