Toys R Us LOW QUALITY PRODUCTS

Bought 3 items from Toys R Us Pietermaritzburg. 2x Air Strike ******** Guns and a remote helicopter. They where purchased as Christmas gifts. Upon opening these gifts on Christmas day, both guns where not working. This caused huge disappointment for the children!!! Took it back to shop and got new ones. Just opened them today, one has batteries in them that looks dissolved !!! Really pathetic quality. We are frequent customers, and every now an then there is an issue with your products!!!!
