Toys R Us is trash

How does a R4000 toy come with 6 months warranty? We bought a car for our daughter and it's been a little over 6 months and it has stopped working, they not only refuse to fix it but they're rude. A ****** woman called Bianca at the headoffice was the worst. We buy these things with our hard earned money and the treatment we get is appalling!
