toys r us is living in the stone age
On Saturday I went past Toys R Us and saw a sign taking about their online gift registry. I went and enquired and found that the list will be available at all toys r us which made me happy as I have a shower coming up. Then when I asked how do I place the items on the list I was told that I have to write each item down with the barcode, size colour and description. Oh come on do you know how long that will take and I'm 7 months pregnant. Why can't Toys R Us have a scanner and each item is scanned like Mr price, home etc and boardman has. This is 2015 and this is how registries work today. When are you guys going to keep up with the times. Don't advertisise this wonderful online tool to help you but I have to spend hours writing each item down.
