Toys R Us - Galleria and Pavillion

<p>I must say, as a customers we always expect good customer service, because, its an important factor that drives sales in stores, </p> <p> I have to however say that I have had experience with 2 of your associates one in Toys R Us Galleria - Rita was her name and again another one yesterday named Sizwe, </p> <p>The service they gave was beyond excellent , it was 1st class customer service, i was so impressed, </p> <p>I am expecting a baby and have started lookig around, and first time i went to galleria ( About 3 weeks ago) and Rita, took me through the whole of baby section, from Camp Cots , to Prams, to feeding etc( Which i didnt ask ) but she took the initiative to educate me on all baby items that i need for my new born , and i was so impressed.</p> <p> </p> <p>Than yesetrday i was at pavillion and decided to go there, as i know that its a bigger store maybe it has stuff that Galleria didnt, and this gentleman Sizwe also did the same thing , I was very blown away, because these associates are from 2 different stores, but the service was consitent </p> <p>So Good one Toys R Us, I have decided that my wife and will shop all our baby hards with you guys </p> <p> </p> <p>Sizwe and Rita Good one guys </p>
