Toys R US Faulty Toys

Good day,

We bought a car for my nephew on Friday 17 July and the wheel came off on Tuesday, 21 July. We returned the car to the Woodmead branch today and were told that my nephew broke the car and they will not exchange it. We are well within the 7day period and nephew takes really good care of his toys so it is simply unacceptable. This is also the 2nd time we purchased something from the Woodmead store and they wouldn't exchange it. The previous time it was a faulty train set that was brand new.

This is terrible customer service!
