Toys R Us (DONT CARE ATTITUDE)

My son received a remote controlled car as a birthday gift. It stopped working a few months later. My 8 year old son and i took it to the Pavillion branch but they refused to sort it out giving excuses. My kid was really upset.

I left the toy in its original packaging with the proof of purchase and my contact details, Its been almost 4 months and nobody has called me.
