Toys R Us does not reply to emails or answer their phones! No feedback regarding my order!

I received an email on 8 Dec to say that my order is on Picking and Packing status. I have not received communication thereafter. Toys R Us keeps you on hold for more than 30 minutes and then drops my call. They also do not bother to reply to emails. I do not want a last minute problem where i do not receive my order before Christmas! Please can someone contact me regarding my order!#***
