Toys R Us does not refund your money

Bought a Playstation 5 during their online pre-order on 25 November. Paid in full for it, only to be told that they had IT problems and over sold the PS5. My order was cancelled but to date Toys R Us has still not refunded my money. Call centre does not answer, they do not answer facebook messages, they do not answer emails.

I am getting so angry, I am considering opening ******** charges against the CEO.
