Toys R Us deleted our Gift Registry

Dear Management of Toys R Us,

Whilst there is ongoing problems with Hashbro's abroad, one can only start to wonder why?

We created a Gift Registry during Feb/Mar 2018 for our first son's baby shower at the beginning of Apr. On the day of the Baby Shower (which in my mind is a once off event), our friends complained about the gift registry not being available at Toys R Us Cradlestone & Clearwater.

According to the store's management and Kyle from Head Office, it got deleted of the system with other registries during a period in Feb/March. The best both could offer was "we do apologies".

Apologies for the 1st Baby Shower we held with the celebration of our first child to be born??

I followed up with Kyle today () and according to him, management can't even offer a gift card for us to buy essential items from your store which we didn't receive. "If there was anything Toys R Us could have done, they would have" was his words.

Are you being for real? Management can't approve a gift card as a good faith gesture to apologies for the wrong doing on their side?

I find this utterly disgusting.
