Toys r us culture needs help

The store manager at Menlyn branch by the name of Themba Zulu has no customer service skills at all and he does this with his chest out as if it's the culture at the store and he knows nothing will happen. On the 20th December I went to the store to buy an orbi gun for my son. Went to the shelf took the gun I wanted then to the till found that the gun is at R1 799 but I explain to the cashier that the gun is R1 400 as I seen on the counter and mind you all the guns are packed at that price. The cashier investigates then she comes back to say no they are R1 800 then she call Themba who says his not going to over right the price as maybe the customers moved the guns to that price so his not changing it. He cared not of solving the issue but of showing his powers
