Toys R us crests is a store with no senior managemeby

We asked a lady that works on the floor to direct me to where what's known as a play mate or learning laptop for kids can be found. She agreed to take us there but starting fixing shevles instead and had to watch her do that for 5 minutes.After my sister asked her if she would eventually direct us she then became passively aggressive and made funny gestures with her face. When we eventually got to the section she stood afar and said what we are looking for is somewhere there.At that point we were still not assisted and she dragged herself and arrogantly said" is this not what you're looking for,So?".I then asked her if the toy comes with batteries and if it can be tested because I was buying it and I wanted to be fully aware of its features she said it's impossible to do what I'm asking of her. I requested for the manger and she immediately fixed her attitude and assisted with what I had asked. I still wanted to report this uncalled for behaviour to the manager. She then went to call another colleague instead and when I asked her if she was the manger she said no. I was then told the manger was off,another worker said he/she is out pushing a trolley and finally someone else said he/she had gone to the warehouse.To cut this long story short I was referred to 3 different colleagues who were said to be managers or assistant managers. I did not appreciate the service but what ticked me off completely was the dishonesty across all staff.
