TOYS R US CRADLESTONE IS THE WORST!!!

I received a voucher from my team at work to shop at Toys R Us. We are so excited to get some spoils for our newest addition to the family. Off to Toys R Us Cradlestone we went this morning with digital voucher in hand just to get told an email needs to be sent to store with the voucher details. Back home we went to send the email. Ok, back to Toys R Us Cradlestone we go. Keep in mind that we had already put all our items together on the first trip and was told (VERY RUDELY) how the process works. We asked the staff just to keep the items together as we will be back soon. Now all the items have been returned to their spots in the store. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST SERVICE RECEIVED EVER!!! Rude as @#%@ staff members. Please employee staff wanting to work and assist customers rather than people waiting to get paid. I am sure post-covid the bucket of talented people desperate for a job is huge....
