Toys R Us Clear water Manager

@ToysRUs I am disappointed at the level of service at Clear Water. For a Manager, I was expecting better. I was treated so biased that he didnt even inspect the product i brought bck or take it back to supplier to investigate. I was turned back home. When I asked for contact details of their head office, I was told it’s online. When I asked for the supplier contact instead, I was told they still on holiday. This is so disrespectful to even go through that as a heavily pregnant young woman!
