Toys r us - boni pram

I purchased a boni pram (toys r us brand) in January this year, my baby was only born in June, why I would use it before then is beyond me. When purchasing the pram not one person informed me that there is a 6month warranty, which is absolutely ridiculous but anyway. No one informed me of that. I am not stuck with a pram that does not work and toys r us is refusing to help me. I spent money in your store and you can not assist me by fixing my pram. Now I need to go and spend another 2k, which definitely will not be at one of your stores, and purchase a new pram!! Boni pram is the absolute worst, I have seen plenty reviews with people having the same problem. Sort your home branded items out as well as your customer service. It is absolutely shocking.. I will not be purchasing from your store again and same goes for ALOT of other people.
