TOYS R US BLOEMFONTEIN

<p>Toys r us bloemfontein. Today at 2 I called to enquire until when toys r us is open, the person who answered the phone said 19:30. The internet says 20:00. When i arrived at 17:24 the security gaurd let in a lady and child and then closed the door in my face telling me the store is closed. One of the male staff members then yelled we are closed. I told then that when i called they said 19:30 and he told me that they wanted to know who i spoke to. They refused to let me in. The manager just sat in the car and did nothing. This caused me to go home with a 3year old in tears after i promised her playhouse! I am disguisted with Toys r us staff and cannot believe the audacity to lie on the phone, the internet and then slam the door in my face!!! It disrespectful and rude. All the staff just stood there looking at me doing nothing!!!</p>
