Toys R us blackfriday ****

I bought a paw patrol item for my son for Christmas online on Black Friday, got the order confirmation with expected delivery time. After the 5 - 7 working days had come and gone i sent an email to customer services, which 4 days later still had no reply. i then called into customer services only to be told my order was cancelled due to a technical error where for some reason the transfer didn't go through. with no notification of such failure, only an email 'confirmation of order' but no order. But now Toys R Us refuses to honour the price! despite me being able to produce the 'order confirmation'!!! totally ridiculous. I think they were out of stock of the item and now do not want to honour the price because its Christmas time and they know its going to sell out! shocking
