Toys R Us ( Black Friday ) ******** the customers out of there money

I bought gifts online and paid for it on black Friday, it said items will be delivered in 5 working days. Its already 13 Dec and still no gifts. I could not give my daughter her gifts for her birthday as I had not received them on the 9 December which was her birthday. Worst part of it all is I called the customer care call centre and there respond was they did not receive payment. I send them the proof of payment and then there story was they will come back to me in a few hours after the sort out there issue. I spoke to Ayanda from the call centre again and she said Toys R Us will honour there part of the deal as I did do payment and it there mistake. But received an email saying they will return my moneys within 7 working days. So Toys R us is running ****s on black Friday and not giving customers there items which they paid for my daughter was looking so forward to her lego set we bought her. But thanks to Toys R Us **** that does not care for there customers she only could get a a smaller set as I used the money to pay toys r us already for her gift. I am asking customers to please think twice before buying online from this huge company as they do not care about there customers nor the kids that are waiting for there gifts. I am highly disappointed in the way they run there company as well as there Call centre is useless.
