Toys R Us Bad Products and Customer Service

This was a disgusting service during Christmas, I am actually sick in my stomach. My wife ordered a gift for her best friends 2 year old girl for Christmas, it came a week before, but the nose was scratched it was dirty and the box was shoddy, so she tried to phone and get someone to help her, as its for Christmas in a weeks time, did they answer did they sort it? No they didn't, my wife only got it exchanged on the 25th January 2021, absolutely not acceptable, but I guess us as South Africans need to get used to bad service like this.
