Toys R Us Are Playing With Me

Ordered two items last month and I am still waiting for delivery. Have tried to contact Aramex which is extremely difficult to do because I get not feedback at all. Reference number of this delivery is TOYS***. Problem is they said they have contacted but I have only gotten an email on the 2 December 2024 about delivery and still nothing has been received.
