Toys R Us

I ordered Christmas gifts from Toys R Us on 18 Dec.2025 for delivery. I could not do it earlier due to personal reasons. I staybin Pretoria and I offered to go and collect it directly from Toys R Us at The Grove, Pretoria but apparently that is not allowed? I spoke to a lady called Chinelle yesterday and she promised to arrange that I could collect it at the online distribution store in Boksburg, but I never heard back from her. I am totally dissatisfied with how this matter is handled and they dont even allow you to go and collect it directly feom a store in your own town. Now there are small children without presents for Christmas.
