Toys R us

I went to toys R us at Matlosana mall and asked for a R600 voucher,the cashier swiped my card and it went through but declined from their side,went to my bank to reverse the money and there was nothing that they can do but for toys R us to refund me,it's been 3 weeks now,going to the store without any help or refund
