Toys R Us

I don't take joy in giving this one star rating. However the service received during this covid 19 period from toy R us is not plesent. I placed an order on the 22nd of April for a friend of mine and later on. The day I placed an order for my self. All was paid.. On the 28th I asked about my order on facebook as the indication was complete. I was told to wait 4 to 7 working days. Which I did already. I was given a way bill on the 30th RW***.. Only to find out it was the gift I ordered for a friend.. I ordered formula milk for my son.. I don't have cash to buy any milk right now as I'm waiting for what I have ordered along with the ring walker.. The person who deals with response on face book is not helpful and they don't respond at all. I don't know who to talk to or call for assistance. I need my things to be delivered they are important but it seems it's not important to Toys R us
