TOYS R DEFINATELY NOT US..

Actually they should receive a no star rating. But since I cannot comment without adding a star I gave them one. After a while two weeks of trying to purchase a Nintendo Switch Oled via the Pay Just Now app (allows you to pay over a three month laybuy option) I found that Toys R (not) Us ha fit advertised at R8499. I proceeded to place my order via the Pay Just Now App which redirects you to the Toys R Us website to make my purchase. But that's when the problems started. I could not complete the sale - I entered my details along with my address, accepted the T&C's and then tried to make payment - this section was greyed out. So I could not continue. I tried contacting their customer services department with no luck. So I left the website and continued with work. Then I recieved emails saying that my order was incomplete and then a cancellation email. I tried again on three different occasions to complete the sale - which I had to redo from scratch each time. After sending a ****py email to their WhatsApp number as well as their customer servicea email address, I received a response from the WhatsApp number stating that there are certain items that they don't offer on the website so they are not available. My issue is why advertise via the Pay Just Now portal and then retract the fact that it is now no longer available for sale??

Then I received an email from the customer service department stating the fact that Ihad incorrectly entered my address and not saved and accepted the T&C's and that's the reason why my order could not be completed. Why are there two conflicting reasons for me not being able to make my purchase? So now I've lost out on the Black Friday Deal because of their misrepresentation in their advertising/marketing because if my "incorrect address"?? What a whole load of bull!
