TOYS ARE US BLACK FRIDAY

What a terrible experience trying to make an online purchase during black friday.

First the website crashed exactly when the sale started, then the items were out of stock, then they seemed to load more stock.... As i am busy checking out, and paying for my order... Boom the website crashes again... And stock now reflect as sold out so I cannot redo the process.... I did however receive an order, and tried contacting the customer service immediately... Now they say my order is canceled due to non payment, even though the website clearly states that i have 5 days to pay the order. Last year was the exact same story....

To top it off, went to stand i. The que friday morning, must have been the 10th person in store, when dores opened, and guess what the lol pearl surprise already sold out??

Dont advertise if you cannot keep up your end of the bargain toys r us...

I will definitely not be supporting you anymore.... Terrible customer services support as well.
