Total dissatisfaction

Terribly dissapointed in Toys R Us Vaal Mall. Purchased a Swing Ball for my aon for Christmas. Opened the box today and the ball and rope/string is missing. Utter diaaapointment and tears on Christmas morning from a 4 year old boy. The box was sealed until this morning.
