Time waisted with a lie

Good day my name is Boitshepo Kgare and I am soooo angry and disappointed with the level of unprofessionalism I got from toys r us mall of africa. Firstly before I went there I called to ask if what I'm looking for is available at the store, with confidence the lady who answered my call assured me that I will definitely find what I'm looking for. To my surprise when I got there, I didn't find what I was looking for and they were not even apologetic about it. I'm ****ed off because I waisted my petrol and 10rands for the parking.
