They said I'm lying, accused me of *****

On Tuesday 2 June 2015 I went to Toys R Us in Tokai to have a look at car booster seats. I asked the sales lady if I could do eft and she said it would not be a problem and that I need not wait until the money had cleared, that the proof of payment would be ok.Yesterday, 4 June 2015 I did the eft in the morning and drove to Toys R Us in Tokai in the afternoon. When I got there the sales lady who had helped me on Tuesday wasn't there so I spoke to another lady. She said that I couldn't have the seat because then they would lose the stock of a seat. I told her I would leave all my particulars. When I told her that the lady on Tuesday said I didn't have to wait until it was cleared she said that she wouldn't have said that as that is not the case and that I must be lying. At this point I was furious and my daughter, age 3, was upset and crying. She said that for all she knows the proof of payment I brought with me could have been forged. Under her breath she said that it probably was. I told her that I wanted to speak to the manager to which she rep**** the manager too busy.All the way home my daughter kept asking me why the lady was rude to me, if I ****, if I'm in trouble.
