they hold our orders when using gift cards

so i purchased stuff using gift card...entered the wicode from the gift the amount was deducted but i needed to add something when i returned could not process to payment, as my orders are on hold.wrote countless emails and also used their social media plateform with no help.just like that my gift card is gone..they should learn something from Takealot, as for them they always available to.assist and give another voucher of the same amount..toy rus i am not happy and i need my gift card now its been 4days
