the worst service ever

<p>Just when I thought that the service from the city of Johannesburg was bad, toys/ babies R us from fourways has the worst service you can imagine they make all the government departments look good. I went to purchase nappies as I always do when I got to the till point Thatho was just chatting to the security Michael, he then called Thomas Magoro I'm not sure who he was for a moment I thought he was a car guard. I then requested for Thato's surname he then said to me he's not scared of me and he doesn't mind loosing his job and I can report him, I was so shocked. When the manager (Eva) called him he said the same statement that he doesn't mind loosing his job and I can report him to head office. Thato must go work for the government or shoprite because his so rude and doesn't have soft s****s, I wonder if he was trained before operating the till. I hope I don't see Thato again. I want an apology from toys R us not Thato. </p>
