Terribly Poor Service, lack of management

Toys R Us in Lonehill Shopping Centre is a really poor customer experience. On a number of occasions I've had to look for someone to assist, even at the till which is often unmanned! This week I popped in and had to call out into midair for assistance at the dvd section. The manager lethargically made an appearance with no greeting. I asked where is everyone, are they on strike or something and why no one is around to serve not even anyone at the till. He scoffed and just said no. With a totally sloppy, uninterested attitude he assisted me with the DVDs and then at the till. Took his time, no warmth or people skills. There has also been a drip from the ceiling in the middle of the store with cardboard pieces to catch the drip on the floor,for as long as it's been open. What a miserable experience shopping there when shopping for kids should be a fun experience. I won't be surprised if it closes down soon.
