Terrible quality of Toys!!

I am honestly so disappointed with the quality of toys at Toys r us. Bought a kitchen playset was much smaller than expected, had missing parts and was very flimsy. Exchanged the kitchen playset last night and my son took a transformer car of R399 and some other toys. When we got home the transformer was extremely flimsy and of a china town quality. The transformer could not even fold close. We attempted to close it and the one side broke. I want to exchange this as it was for my sons birthday. I am not impressed with the quality of toys!!
