Terrible online shopping experience at Toys R Us

I’ve order a bunch of toys in mid November online. I’ve received only one item this week and no one bothers to respond to any of my numerous queries. I have phoned customer service and each time the person promises to call back but I’m still waiting. I will not recommend anyone to ever use the Toys R Us online service. I am extremely disappointed. I have to rush around a few days before Chrismas because the service is terrible
