Terrible online service at Toysrus

I needed to purchases some kids gifts online prior to the 15 Dec so I will get delivery on time for Christmas, the ToysRUS WEBSITE IS A JOKE. The number *** you call and get the voice prompts and you can select any option, no answer, you don't get to speak to anyone. I have been calling throughout the day for 2 days now. I have emailed the company using the form online twice already and no response. How busy can this company and their staff be at this time when most people are at work and shopping gets done on the weekends. The most disappointing service from all the online retailers i have used recently.
