Terrible Online service

One would think that an online gift voucher would be a smooth and seemless process. NOT I followed all the prompts, added my little message, added the recipients email address and done. Simple right. NOT That was purchased in July, my poor friend has gone to the store twice to redeem the voucher to no avail. Risiculous
