Terrible Online delivery

They deserve a ZERO rating !!! So disappointed, placed an online order in which I asked for it to be gift wrapped with a note and I ordered a pink toy for my daughter instead I received a blue toy with an incorrect note attached and the gift was not wrapped as per my request. I called customer care and was advised to return it to my nearest Toy R Us to go gift wrap it myself which defeats the purpose of me placing and ONLINE order for to prevent being instore during a pandemic. Why pay a delivery fee to exchange the gift and wrap it just to have to personally go back to the shop which is what I was avoiding. My box was damaged and tracking communication was not accurate. Definitely will not be purchasing from them again , their online service and customer care says a lot about the brand as a collective.
