Terrible experience at Toys R Us Parklands

<p>My 10 year old daughter and myself visited Toys R Us in Parklands to buy quick birthday present for someone. We had just walked in the door when the security guard almost pounced on us telling me that my daughter had to hand in her little backpack which was on her back. I loooked around the store and noticed "other" people walking around with those shopper bags which was fine! I felt like we were being victimised in that is it only people with a little backpack that ***** stuff while people with big shopper handbags that could ***** much more are totally fine! When I approached the manager and told him why I was so irritated all he said was yes you have a point! I mean REALLY!! Absolutely pathetic the way we were treated and we have supported your store since it opened!!!! Never again I will shop at Toy Kingdom in future where they do not victimise their clients</p>
